Will my credit / Debit card be charged immediately?
Your credit / Debit card will be charged at the time of donating or signing up for a subscription. If there are any discrepancies your subscription will be cancelled.
When will the supermarket get built?
With enough donations, we aim to build the first supermarket within 3-4 years. So, your donation really matters, as we need as much help as possible.
Where will the supermarket be built?
We are aiming to build the first supermarket in Redbridge, East London area.
What percentage of the profits will go to charity?
With enough donations, we’ll be able to build and expand and eventually get to a position where at least 45% or higher of every product sold will be donated to charity.
How we spend your donations?
A small part of donations goes towards development, running and building our campaign work.
While the rest goes towards the building project of the supermarkets, which once built, will make a huge impact on so many people around the world!
Which charity will we be supporting?
For the first year our donations will be going towards Hope Worldwide. This may change after the first year and our donations may go towards a different cause.
How do I change my subscription amount?

How do I cancel my subscription?
Thank you for your continued support to Tucksons. Your donations are extremely important to us and vital for us to achieve our mission.
But if for whatever reason you cannot continue to support us, or would like to lower your subscription amount, please send us a message on the contact us page. Alternatively, you can email us on: customerservice.uk@tucksons.com
A lower donation amount will still be very much appreciated.
