How to find a Missing Package:
- Verify Shipping Address in Your Orders
Please confirm that the shipping address listed in Your Orders is accurate. If the address is incorrect, kindly reach out to us through the “Contact Us” page with your updated details, and we will promptly make the necessary adjustments.
- Check for a Delivery Attempt Notice
Review your delivery status in Your Orders for any notifications. Additionally, check your mailbox or other locations where mail is typically received for any delivery-related communication, such as a delivery attempt notice or a photo confirming the delivery.
- Inspect the Delivery Area
The parcel may have been placed in the location you specified. Please inspect the area around the designated delivery spot for your package.
- Inquire with Household Members and Neighbours
Ask household members or neighbours if they may have accepted the delivery on your behalf.
- Allow 48 Hours for Final Delivery
Please allow up to 48 hours for the parcel to be fully delivered, as it may sometimes be marked as delivered before it physically arrives.
- Contact the Carrier
For further information, you may contact the carrier directly. You can track your parcel through the carrier’s website or reach out to their customer service team for more details on the delivery status.

If the parcel remains unlocated after following the above steps, please proceed with the following:
– If your order was shipped and sold by a third-party seller, please contact the seller directly for further assistance.
– If your order was shipped by Tucksons, kindly contact Customer Service within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Replacing a Damaged, Defective, or Broken Item
To initiate a replacement:
- Contact us or the seller directly to inform them of your request for a replacement item.
- Clearly specify the item you wish to replace, along with the reason for the return.
Once your request is processed, a replacement order will be created with the same shipping time as the original order. To avoid being charged for both the original and replacement items, please return the original item by the “Return By Date” provided at the time of return initiation.
Please note that the replacement item will only be shipped after the original item has been returned to Tucksons or the seller. We recommend returning the original item promptly after requesting a replacement.
Tracking a Package Information
Tracking Packages from Third-Party Sellers
Third-party sellers on Tucksons are independent businesses or individuals who list their products on the Tucksons Marketplace. To verify if your order is from a third-party seller, visit “Your Orders” and review the seller or store name.
You can access tracking information under the following conditions:
– The third-party seller has provided tracking details to us.
– You selected a trackable shipping method.
Resolving Delivery Issues
Here are the steps to follow if you encounter any delivery issues:
– Order Not Shipped: If you are expecting your package today and there is no update, please note that this is normal. Depending on the carrier, items may ship the same day they are expected for delivery.
– Order Delayed: Delivery delays may occur due to factors such as weather or traffic. In most cases, delayed packages arrive within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
– Missing Package: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please refer to the instructions for locating a missing package.
– Missing Items: If you receive a package with missing items, it is possible that the missing items were shipped separately.
Why Do I Have to Pay Delivery Costs?
We send many orders with free delivery. However, delivery costs still apply sometimes, even for orders above the minimum threshold for free delivery.
We show the cost of shipping in the order form and order confirmation.
The following are the most common reasons why shipping costs may apply:
You Haven’t Selected “FREE Delivery” or “FREE Standard Pickup”
Select FREE Delivery for orders being delivered to home or business addresses. For orders delivered to Pickup Locations, select FREE Standard Pickup.
You Ordered Through Tucksons Marketplace
When you order from Tucksons Marketplace, Marketplace sellers manage the order processing and shipping of the goods. Therefore, the shipping costs differ from the shipping costs for orders fulfilled by Tucksons. You can find the respective shipping costs in the offer overview in the seller details, and during the ordering process. Unless otherwise stated, the shipping costs for orders at Tucksons Marketplace apply to each item. For multiple orders, contact the seller to ask about other delivery methods.
You Entered an International Delivery Address
We charge delivery rates on most international deliveries. Free international shipping only applies to eligible orders to the Republic of Ireland.
You Ordered a Product that’s not Eligible for Free Delivery
We can’t deliver some products for free due to their nature and the effort involved. Therefore, we exclude such products from free shipping.
You Selected Individual Shipping for Your Order and the Value of the Individual Order is Below the Threshold for Free Shipping
When ordering multiple items, you can choose to receive your items in fewer boxes and fewer trips to your address or in multiple separate deliveries. If you choose individual shipping, free shipping only applies if the value of each individual item is above the free shipping threshold. Our system shows you the respective shipping costs according to your selection.
Tucksons Cancelled an Item in Your Order
In rare cases, an item in your order becomes unavailable and we have to cancel it. We’ll notify you by email. If the order value is below the threshold for free shipping due to the cancellation, contact customer service.
Deliveries in the UK
There are different delivery options available for a delivery in the UK.
FREE Standard Delivery
Note: The following delivery costs are for orders fulfilled by Tucksons. Delivery costs charged by third-party sellers on Tucksons may vary. We show the delivery cost when you place your order.
All orders of £40 or more of eligible items across any product category (not including clothing) also qualify for FREE Delivery in the UK.
Standard Pickup to any Pickup Location across any product category, qualifies for FREE Standard Pickup. Terms and Conditions apply.
Delivery occurs three to five days after dispatch.
Scheduled Delivery for Large Items
With Scheduled Delivery for large items, you can schedule a day-long slot for delivery up to 14-days in advance.
The availability of Scheduled Delivery for Large Items varies based on the item and your delivery address.
We may combine items from multiple orders into a single package.
FREE Delivery is available if you order items for delivery to the UK or the Republic of Ireland. The product detail page shows if your items qualify for this delivery option.
